Hello Lexington! Thank you very much for the warm welcome. I'm excited to work with the families, °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ, and staff to continue to make Lexington such a special place.
My Background: I am from Pennsylvania originally, go Penn State! I attended Susquehanna University while playing football and earning a B.A. in History. After college, I was a nanny for two years, then moved to San Diego. I became a beach lifeguard and a substitute teacher. I then received my teaching credential from San Diego State University. I was a 3rd grade teacher at All Hallows Academy in La Jolla for two years. Later, I became a 5th-grade teacher at The O'Farrell Charter School. In 2012, I earned my master's in Educational Leadership and admin credential from San Diego State University. The same year, I became an Assistant Principal of the middle school at O'Farrell. After 5 years as an admin, I became an assistant principal at Lompoc High School. Last year, I moved back to San Diego with my daughter, Isla, and son, Beau. I became the assistant principal here at Lexington, and I love it! This school year will be my 9th year as an admin and my second in °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ Valley.
